Realty Guardian®
Disclosures (Plain English)
We built Realty Guardian® to help buyers and sellers prepare for real-world transaction pressure. This page explains what our safeguards are — and what they are not — so expectations stay clear.
1) Realty Guardian® is not insurance
Realty Guardian® is not an insurance company and does not issue insurance policies. Safeguards are not insurance, warranties, or guarantees. Any reimbursement or benefit (if offered) is subject to the program’s eligibility requirements, definitions, exclusions, documentation, tier limits, and plan terms.
2) What the safeguards are
Safeguards are a structured, price-based system designed around real transaction risks for both buyers and sellers. Safeguard tiers are determined administratively by the listing price or sales price (as defined by the program) — there is no plan selection or upsell.
- Safeguards may address issues before and during the transaction (inspection, appraisal, financing, delays, etc.).
- Some safeguards are designed for high-risk moments like funds transfer steps (where fraud attempts can occur).
- Some safeguards may apply after closing (such as defined post-closing legal consultation protections), where applicable under the terms.
Important clarity
Not every safeguard applies in every situation. Eligibility depends on what occurred and whether it matches the definitions in the plan terms.
Documentation
If a benefit is offered, documentation may be required (receipts, invoices, proof of payment, dates, and supporting details), as defined by the terms.
3) Realty Guardian® is not a real estate brokerage
Realty Guardian® is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate representation. Real estate services are provided by independently licensed real estate professionals (“Guardian Agents”) through their own brokerages.
4) Guardian Agents are independent
Guardian Agents are independently licensed real estate professionals. They are not employees, partners, or agents of Realty Guardian®. Participation in the program does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
5) No guarantee of outcomes
Realty Guardian® does not guarantee transaction outcomes, timelines, pricing, lender decisions, inspection results, or successful closing. Real estate involves risk, and outcomes depend on facts, negotiations, and third parties.
6) Matching & introductions
If you use our website to request a connection, any matching is based on factors like availability and location. A match does not constitute a promise, endorsement, warranty, or recommendation of performance. You should conduct your own due diligence when selecting a real estate professional.
7) No fiduciary or advisory relationship
Use of this website or program does not create a fiduciary, agency, or advisory relationship with Realty Guardian®. Any general information provided is for informational purposes only.
8) No professional advice
Realty Guardian® does not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. For advice, you should consult an appropriate licensed professional.
9) Program changes
Realty Guardian® may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of its website or program at any time. The terms in effect for a given transaction (as defined by the program) control eligibility and benefits.
This disclosures page is a summary. The official plan terms, eligibility definitions, exclusions, documentation requirements, and limits control.
