Guardian Agents agree to:

- Maintain active licensure and good standing
- Comply with all state and brokerage regulations
- Operate ethically and transparently
Protection mindset
- Set realistic expectations early
- Communicate risks clearly and proactively
- Help clients understand safeguard eligibility and limits
Independence & responsibility
Guardian Agents are independent contractors. Realty Guardian® does not supervise, direct, or control how agents conduct real estate services.
All fiduciary duties, disclosures, negotiations, and representation remain solely between the agent, their brokerage, and the client. Participation does not alter licensing obligations or brokerage relationships.
