APPRAISAL GAP FUND
If a property appraisal comes in lower than the sales price and the buyer will not make up the difference, Realty Guardian reimburses 80% of the seller’s loss, up to the plan limit.

WARRANTY SERVICE FEES + PERMITS & DISPOSAL
If agent provides a listing warranty, one to two service fees will be reimbursed, plus permit, modifications, and disposal up-charges by warranty repair companies, based on the plan limit, as long as repairs occur prior to closing.

HOLDING COST LOSSES
If buyer backs out at no fault of seller, Realty Guardian reimburses seller $17, $27, $37, $50, or $70 p/day depending on the plan, up to the limit, between a signed rescission and new signed contract.

DOUBLE MOVE COSTS
Realty Guardian reimburses 80% of the temporary relocation costs, up to the chosen plan limit, if the seller is forced by unexpected events during the transaction to endure a double move.

CYBER FRAUD RECOVERY
Wire fraud is on the rise. Realty Guardian helps the seller recover from a wire fraud loss event by reimbursing for 80% of any legal attorney recovery fees, or 80% the loss itself, up to the chosen plan limit, protecting against costly financial fraud.

LEGAL DEFENSE FUND
If post-closing issues arise from the transaction, Realty Guardian reimburses 80% of the paid costs of the real estate attorney fees, per the plan limit, if claims are submitted by the end of the first six months after the closing.

TIME, MARKETING, & COMMISSION LOSSES
If a 90-day or longer listing agreement(s) ends without a completed sale, and seller refuses to relist with agent, RG will compensate agent for time, marketing and commission losses, with a one-time payment based on the plan limit.

LEGAL LIABILITY & DISPUTE LOSSES
If post-closing issues arise for agent, Realty Guardian pays for 80% the cost of the real estate attorney If threats arise in the first six months post-closing, up to the chosen plan limit.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS DEDUCTIBLE LOSSES
In the event there is an E&O claim within the first six months after the closing, Realty Guardian will reimburse 80% of the Errors & Omissions deductible, up to the chosen plan limit.
1. Agent must order plan within 3 days of a signed listing agreement. Protections begin immediately.
2. Welcome Letter & Realty Guardian Safeguard Certificate sent to client.
